Pilates Sculpt is a mat Pilates class that targets the “Powerhouse” area of the body: your core muscles including your abs, diaphragm, inner thighs, and low back. In addition to traditional mat Pilates movements, we work the upper body with the addition of light dumbbells. Pilates Sculpt is an excellent way to strengthen your core and improve low-back health.
Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes movement with breath, linking postures together into a flowing practice. This class will build strength, aid in balance, and reduce stress. All levels welcome.
Yin Yoga is a slower paced style of Yoga with poses (asanas) that are held for longer periods of time. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to connective tissues – tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Yin is a more meditative approach to Yoga. All levels welcome.
Where muscle meets Yoga! Boost metabolism and build lean muscle as you move to a high energy playlist. You’ll combine light free weights with Vinyasa Flow sequences and cardio exercises to intensify each Yoga pose. Strength training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls complete the workout.
