Katie began practicing Ashtanga yoga in 2004 when she was living in Vermont and doing a lot of mountain biking. Her energy level was high and she found the practice to be just what she needed on rainy days when she couldn’t ride her bike. She took teacher training here in Florida in 2013 and has been teaching Vinyasa yoga ever since. Katie’s focus is on alignment and foundational postures with plenty of fun in between. “I learn so much every day from the students in my classes and the lessons I receive in my practice leave me feeling light and happy. I look forward to seeing you on your mat and guiding you through the postures.”
