Beth is always trying to find new and exciting ways to improve her fitness. After years of training and teaching Brazilian jiu-jitsu, she added teaching Lagree Fitness to her active lifestyle. (The Lagree Method delivers Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, Body Composition, and Cardio – all done on a Megaformer – think Pilates on steroids!). After starting at Bolder BARRE’s front desk, Beth was shocked by her body’s transformation after only a few BolderBARRE classes. We’re thrilled to now have her on board as an instructor, ready to share her body changing mat-based Pilates Hard Core format.
