STRONG by Zumba® is a music-led, high-intensity workout combining body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music specifically composed to match every move. Every squat, lunge, and burpee (yes, burpee) is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even a few more.
In this class, you will torch calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with lunges, squats, and kickboxing. Please bring a yoga mat and CLEAN, non-marking sneakers.
Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes movement with breath, linking postures together into a flowing practice. This class will build strength, aid in balance, and reduce stress. All levels welcome.
Yin Yoga is a slower paced style of Yoga with poses (asanas) that are held for longer periods of time. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to connective tissues – tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Yin is a more meditative approach to Yoga. All levels welcome.
