Pilates Sculpt is a mat Pilates class that targets the “Powerhouse” area of the body: your core muscles including your abs, diaphragm, inner thighs, and low back. In addition to traditional mat Pilates movements, we work the upper body with the addition of light dumbbells. Pilates Sculpt is an excellent way to strengthen your core and improve low-back health.
Pilates Hard Core
Pilates Hard Core is a combination of core-focused exercises and full body strength training on our provided barre mats. This class utilizes light hand weights, floor sliders, and light resistance bands to achieve a slow steady burn. Exercises are done by moving at a slow, consistent pace which maintains an elevated heart rate while working towards muscle fatigue – a way to obtain fast results! Let us help you find your shake!

Yin Yoga is a slower paced style of Yoga with poses (asanas) that are held for longer periods of time. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to connective tissues – tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Yin is a more meditative approach to Yoga. All levels welcome.
Power yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice; more dynamic with a focus on building strength. Expect powerful standing sequences, arm balance work and prepare to get sweaty. Bring a yoga mat and water.
