Kelly Bryant, Steph Paton & Nancy Clark
We are so proud to be able to offer such a great, diverse Yoga Faculty to our clients. You know the amazing Steph Paton (C-above) from her Yoga Sculpt and Vinyasa Flow Classes. Her 100% client feedback rating says it all. Nancy (R) has been one of Stuart’s most highly regarded Instructors for years, and she brings her deep knowledge of Yin Yoga practice to BolderBARRE. Kelly (L) grew up in Stuart and has traveled the world teaching Yin and Vinyasa Yoga – from New York to Indonesia, Budapest and most recently, Morocco.
These three outstanding instructors will be increasing our Yoga curriculum from 5 to 13 classes a week over the next two weeks, with 11 of them on schedule now!
YOGA will not only increase your strength and flexibility, but will redefine the relationship between your body, mind and spirit. Yoga is the perfect complement to your exercise plan – you’ll have fewer injuries and reduce stress. We offer four Yoga styles: Vinyasa Flow, connecting breath and movement in a flowing series of poses. Yin Yoga, a Yin-Yang, more meditative combination of movement with longer holds to challenge and strengthen connective tissues and boost mindfulness. Yoga Sculpt, where muscle meets Yoga to boost metabolism and build muscle tissue while you move to a high-energy playlist, and Power Yoga, a derivative of Vinyasa moving to a faster tempo.
